QUICK SHORTBREAD PIE CRUST	 
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. powered sugar
1 cube butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Put in mixer and blend. 
Press into pie shell. 
Bake at 400 degrees for 
10 minutes.
