Honey Oats Wheat Bread Servings: 54 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk 4 cups water 6 ounces honey 42 grams oil 3 3/4 teaspoons salt 6 cups flour 2 cups whole wheat flour 3 packages yeast In a bowl aded oats, dry milk, whole wheat flour and 4 cups of boiling water let stand for 30 minutes {called a soaker} Soak yeast in lukewarm water that is equal in weight with 3 cups (150 grams per cup) of flour and let stand for 30 minutes { called a sponge} To oats add salt, honey, and oil DON'T USE BEATERS!!!
